THERMOGRAPHY

Thermography is a tool utilized to identify temperature differences in muscle.

The idea is that injured areas will automatically produce more spasm and result in increased heat changes at that site.

Moreover, the symmetry of body heat is considered to be the most important element to detect abnormalities in the surface blood flow or diseased areas.

Thermographic images of the neck, back and upper limbs (anterior, lateral and posterior surfaces) will be taken with the subject in standing position, upper body undressed, in a room with a temperature of 23–24°C.

After finishing the procedure, the person will receive the actual state of the system.
